A lout stabbed a man at a Glenwood Road apartment building on March 18.

The 19-year-old victim was walking down the stairwell in the building between E. 56th and E. 57th streets shortly after 3 pm, when the perp approached him and stabbed him the left forearm, before fleeing, according to cops.

Police showdown

Cops arrested two men who they say attacked police officers on E. 48th Street on March 20.

Officers were in the process of arresting the first perp for an outstanding warrant between Avenues M and N shortly before 1 am when he began forcibly resisting arrest, according to authorities. The second baddie joined in and kicked an officer in the face, who was taken to the hospital for treatment, police reported.
