Taqueria chain Dos Toros has thrown down the gourmet-burrito gauntlet Downtown, opening a new store in the middle of three Chipotle outlets and publicly proclaiming that it makes a superior tube of meat, rice, and beans. So how do the two chains roll? Let’s go to the tape!
