Students from PS 119, PS 203, PS 207, PS 236, PS 251, and PS 312 participating in Millennium Development’s Compass Program responded to the shocking double murder on Dec. 20 of Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos by crafting signs with messages of condolences and thanks to officers of the 63rd Precinct on Dec. 23.
