Aviator Sports and Events Center is teaming up with the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Foundation once again this holiday season to collect donated toys for less fortunate children in the area.

From Nov. 10 through Dec. 14, those wanting to spread Christmas cheer can drop off new, unwrapped toys in the donation bins prominently placed along Main Street within the Aviator facility. All donations will be distributed to local families.

“Every child should experience the delight of having a gift to open on Christmas morning,” said Dean Rivera, Aviator’s chief operating officer.

Sunday, Dec. 14 will be a special collection day during Aviator’s annual Brunch with Santa event. Everyone who donates a new, unwrapped toy will receive a free gift.

Families wanting to attend the Santa brunch and should purchase tickets by Dec. 8 at AviatorSports.com.

Those interested in requesting toys for an agency or family can do so at ToysforTots.org.

Brunch with Santa at Aviator Sports and Events Center [3159 Flatbush Avenue at the Shore Parkway in Marine Park, (718) 758–7551] Dec. 14, 9–11 am, 12–2 pm. Tickets age 13 and up $22, 4–12 $20, age 3 and under free.
