A dump-truck driver struck and killed an elderly woman near the Barclays Center on Monday afternoon, cops and FDNY officials said.

Winnifred Matthias, 77, of East Flatbush, was crossing Flatbush Avenue at the intersection of Atlantic Avenue just after 12:20 pm when the motorist hit her in the Downtown-bound lane, according to police.

Responders rushed Matthias to Brooklyn Hospital Center in cardiac arrest, according to a Fire Department spokeswoman, and she was pronounced dead, cops said.

The driver of the truck, registered to New Jersey’s Munoz Trucking, stayed at the scene and no charges had been filed as of 6 pm on Monday, but an investigation is ongoing cops said.
