Me oh, my! Apparently, this "Bartoonist" has a twin brother (as you'll see in the 1st picture of this article). Unless, of coarse, this isn't a real picture. Sorry to spoil the party, but someone had to point this out. I am sorry for interrupting.

I live near this bar. Worst neighbors ever. Extremely loud, customers sitting on our stairs at 4 am, fighting at 4 am, leaving their car/motorcycle engines on at 4am, etc..., screaming in the back yard, deafeningly loud music. Absolutely no regard for their neighbors.
