An out-of-control driver rolled his minivan on Avenue I near E. 22nd Street on Oct. 4 — an accident he was lucky to walk away from, witnesses say.

Firefighters responded to the 12:49 am accident to find the victim trapped in his overturned minivan.

Witnesses said the man lost control of his vehicle and hit a parked car before flipping over, but was still conscious when the Fire Department found him.

Responding paramedics took the victim to Kings County Hospital with neck and back injuries.
