A worried New Jersey family is desperately searching for their missing daughter who was last seen soaking up the sun in Coney Island.

Caroline Starkman’s family say the Touro College student disappeared on July 11 after she and a friend spent the day at the beach. The young woman was last seen near W. 24th Street.

The teen’s distraught family says that Caroline also goes by the name Vicki or Victoria.

If you see Caroline or have any information about her disappearance, please contact Detective Barry Miller at the Englewood, NJ Police Department, (201) 568–4875 or (201) 871–6416. All calls will be kept confidential.

Reach Deputy Editor Thomas Tracy at or by calling (718) 260-2525.
