North Brooklyn cops are hunting for two men responsible for rapes in Greenpoint last weekend — the first two reported in the neighborhood this year.

The victims told police they were sexually assaulted in separate incidents on March 23 in the perpetrators’ apartments.

The 18-year-old woman told investigators she left a Manhattan club with a man who took her back to Kent Street apartment at 2 am, had sex with him, and went to sleep.

She awoke three hours later to find the man’s roommate forcing himself on top of her, according to police reports.

The woman said she pushed the fiend off of her, grabbed her stuff, and fled the apartment.

“It’s not a big deal, it’s just awkward,” the perp said before she left, according to NYPD documents.

In the second incident, a 23-year-old woman told detectives she blacked out at a Manhattan hotel after sharing a drink with a 29-year-old man.

She woke up at 8:30 am in the suspect’s Kent Avenue apartment, felt discomfort in her inner thigh, and saw that her pants were off and her underwear was on backwards.

She left the apartment, went to a hospital, and called the police.

Cops are searching for suspects in both incidents, but have not made any arrests.

The alleged rapes mark the first reported to police in the 94th Precinct so far this year, though there have been three misdemeanor sex crimes. Last year, there were three rapes in Greenpoint and Williamsburg’s Northside.

The 90th Precinct, which polices Williamsburg south of Metropolitan Avenue, recorded a significant uptick in the number of reported rapes last year, rising from eight in 2010 to 23 in 2011.

There has been one reported rape in the confines of the 90th Precinct this year.
