“I’ve never been married, I take a tablespoon of cod liver oil daily and I eat lots of wheat bran” said Daniel Dube of his longevity. The centenarian, who turned 103 years young on Oct. 19, 2011, celebrated the auspicious occasion at the company he cofounded, Park Surgical, with family, friends and Brooklyn’s second biggest booster Borough President Markowitz (Standing O is the first, of course). Our pal Daniel was given a proclamation from the year of his birth, 1908, to mark the day. Standing O wishes Daniel another 100 years.
