The Brooklyn Lyceum continues its monthly literary event, “First Sundays Writers Series,” March 7 at 7 p.m. with Edward Hirsch, whose new collection of poetry, “The Living Fire (Knopf),” will see its release March 9. “The Living Fire” will be available two days earlier at this special event, for sale and signing.

Join on the first Sunday of (almost) every month, and enjoy intimate readings with established and up-and-coming writers.

This casual evening, hosted and curated by Susan Hartman, offers a reading by Hirsch, who will also answers questions and sign publications over beer, wine, tea or coffee.
