Talk about a free-wheeling turkey slam.

The corner of East 59th Street and Flatlands Avenue in Mill Basin was covered with skid marks and automobile debris on July 18 following a harrowing three car-collision that sent six people to the hospital.

It was unclear just what sparked the 11 pm collision by late Monday, although witnesses said traffic along Flatlands Avenue was halted for over an hour as FDNY and Flatlands Volunteer Ambulance Corps paramedics transported the injured and tow trucks removed the damaged vehicles (above).

Police said none of the injuries were considered life threatening.
