Happy Howl-a-ween!

Man’s best pal put on the dog and shared the spooktacular spotlight with a bevy of four- and two-legged thrill-seekers during an All Hallow’s Eve canine costume parade in Brooklyn Heights, presented by the Brooklyn Animal Foster Network.

Proud pet owners strutted out their natty pooches along the promenade %u2013 from Remsen to Orange streets %u2013 for the Seventh Annual Howl-O-Ween Doggie Costume Parade, transforming the bustling boardwalk into a boo-erific runway in honor of the calendar’s most blood-curdling day.
