The fortitude and indomitable spirit of Holocaust survivors was celebrated with words of awe and wonder during a luncheon tribute at Shang Chai Restaurant.

Borough victims of the Nazi horrors of World War II were feted by Rep. Ed Towns during a full course meal at the dining establishment, 2189 Flatbush Avenue.
