Hip hop artist and local Brooklyn resident, Kid Cudi, was on hand to introduce Boost Mobile to the community and helped present a $10,000 donation to the Urban Assembly School of Music and Art during the opening of New York’s first Boost Mobile exclusive retail store.

A cocktail hour and reception and meet and greet autograph session with Kid Cudi were among the highlights of the event at the new store located at 948 Flatbush Avenue in the Flatbush section of Brooklyn. Hot 97 (WQHT-FM) broadcasted live on-site with special giveaways and promotions.

The grand opening event with Kid Cudi kicked off a celebration with special promotions and incentives tracks from Kid Cudi’s newest album “Man on the Moon” being available for free with the purchase of a new Motorola Debut i465 phone by Boost Mobile.

The retail store, developed in partnership with Boost Mobile’s premier national distributor, Perfect Connection, will sell Boost Mobile’s complete line-up of handsets and phone accessories.
