Yes, they were here and did not have a permit to show me......they kept people from coming down my side of the street at 211 Court St. No posted signs, no permits and no notice to the business owners..... in other words, no law and order. Jean Austin

I don't know what you're talking about. There were signs posted on Smith, Court, Wyckoff and Warren for the entire week before filming.
