Each summer, Assemblywoman Helene Weinstein attends block associations’ parties, taking an opportunity to speak with constituents throughout her district.

This year, Weinstein presented Certificates of Merit honoring students for academic achievement and “outstanding” community service during summer festivities at several of the block parties.

Among the block parties Weinstein visited were East 43rd Street between Avenues H & I, East 57th Street between Beverly & Clarendon roads, and New Life Tabernacle Church Health & Community Fair, East 49th Street & Avenue D.
