Last Saturday at the Brooklyn Academy of Music, stars like Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas (center) of the group TLC, actress Caryn Ward (from “The Game,” left), and blogger Necole Bitchie all converged at “The Female Success Factor,” an entrepreneurship seminar for women.

Thomas wore a simple black dress and carried a handbag from her own collection (www.bagsbychilli.com), a far cry from the oversized hats and condom eye-patches that her group wore when they shot to fame.
