With more than four million members worldwide, most would think the Curves women’s fitness franchise has nothing to prove. But the company is going above and beyond and looking for participants in the Bensonhurst area to be a part of the Curves/Avon Fitness Study to ensure that everyone knows the power of the Curves workout program.

For $30, participants will be asked to complete 12 workouts over a 30-day period with a minimum of three workouts per week. In addition, participants will receive a start and finish fitness evaluation, 30 days free on www.curvescomplete.com, an online diet and fitness solution, and supervised training from a Curves trainer.

For more about Curves of Bensonhurst, go to www.curvesbensonhurst.com.

The Exercise and Sports Nutrition Laboratory at Baylor University will be evaluating the research that is gathered in the fitness clubs and analyzing the results, which will then be published in various journals.

For more on the Curves/Avon Fitness Study, contact Michelle Rosenthal at 718-232-6306, or visit the Bensonhurst Curves at 7203 20th Avenue.
