Cyclones faithful line up early - Fans don’t hesitate to get tickets for 2008 baseball season

The command got off to a rollicking start as hundreds of baseball-starved Brooklyn Cyclones fans waited excitedly on line at KeySpan Park to scoop up opening day and single game tickets for their hometown team’s 2008 season.

To ease the wait, the cheerful bunch of diehards was entertained by strolling performers, including Brooklyn’s own monarch of merriment King Henry. Younger fans had a chance to demonstrate their own sporting abilities during a “Pitch, Hit & Run” showcase.

Opening day is June 17 when the Cyclones
