Bay Ridge native Chip Cafiero was the toast of the town when the community feted the Brooklyn activist with a surprise birthday revel at Xaverian High School.

The soft-spoken executive director for CERT1NYC and chair of the Bay Ridge-Bensonhurst Parks Task Force turned 60 years young amid a throng of family and friends at the all-out bash, complete with food donated by local restaurants, three bands providing the anniversary serenade and dancing.
