At least three people had their tires stolen right off their cars last week, cops said.
• On Dec. 7, a 44-year-old woman returned to the car she had left on 78th Street between Narrows Avenue and Colonial Road to find that of the Nissan’s tires were gone.
• On the same day, a 38-year-old woman discovered that all four of her tires and rims had been swiped from the new Honda Accord that she had parked on Colonial Road between 87th and 88th streets.
• The next day at 9 am, a 33-year-old woman who went to move her new Toyota Camry from its spot on 72nd Street between Narrows Avenue and Colonial Road discovered that her tires and rims were missing, too.
An 80th Street home was robbed of tens of thousands of dollars in jewelry on Dec. 5.
The 32-year-old victim returned to his 80th Street home, which is near Ninth Avenue, at 2 pm to discover that someone had pried open his back door.
Once inside, the thief cracked open a safe, allowing him to take watches, necklaces, rings and cash estimated at over $27,000.
Another day — another woman robbed.
A cowardly crook sneaked up from behind an unsuspecting 62-year-old woman as she stood on the corner of 10th Avenue and 73rd Street on Dec. 5, pushed her to the ground and made off with her pocketbook, wallet, and keys.
There are no leads in the 4 pm attack.
At least that was the case when a 23-year-old EMS worker tried to help a bleeding drunk stumbling along Fourth Avenue, but ended up getting beaten himself on Dec. 6.
Cops say the attack happened near Bay Ridge Avenue at around 7:20 pm when the Good Samaritan tried to lend a hand to the man. Instead of gratitude, the thankless man began punching the medic in the chest, causing the EMS worker to be hospitalized himself.
The boozing perp was later arrested, police said.
A 45-year-old man left the keys in his car — and, as a result, his car left him.
Cops say the man’s 2001 gray Chevrolet Suburban was stolen at 1:15 pm on Dec. 6 after its owner had left it running while he stopped in a store near the corner of Ovington and Third Avenues.
The man lost his cellphone in the bargain, too.
A pair of teenagers were attacked while getting out of a car on Dec. 8.
The first victim, 16, was punched by one perp while exiting the automobile on Ovington Avenue near Fifth Avenue at 9 pm. Next, he was slashed in the back by a box-cutter-toting second perp.
The victim and his friend, also 16, tried to fight off the attackers, who proceeded to stab the second victim in the chest before fleeing.
Police are looking for an 18-year-old dark-skinned white man, 5-foot and 150 pounds; and his accomplice, a 5-foot-8, 160-pound white man.
